Tony and family traveled to Vermont for a bit of changed scenery and uninterrupted work on the cookbook. While there, Tony prepared a comparative dinner of grass-fed versus grain-fed beef for a group of friends, and the primary consensus was that it was delicious. There’s still a lot of work left to go on the book, but we’re getting excited for all the progress that has been made! Recipes are underway, and photography and layout are in discussion.
