Cookbook Status: Recipe testing is happening!
Tony Ridgway and family are in Vermont on their annual September getaway. That trip always includes a lot of cooking, taking full advantage of the amazing local foods. This year, there is a special focus on recipe testing for the cookbook that will be published Fall 2019. So far on the menu for testing? Ciabatta bread, fresh pasta, old-fashioned chocolate cake, chocolate chunk cookies, galette dough and fresh-baked galettes. It is quite the process but with plenty of fun and rewards!
Tony has been working steadily on the cookbook for over a year now, and we’ll be thrilled to release it to the public in just over a year. Enjoy several chapters devoted to Tony’s personal story, professional background, and the story of how he got where he is today. Take your time with sections that detail cooking techniques and buying tips. And dive right in with the dozens of recipes! These will include some of your most favorite from throughout the almost 50 years Tony has been in the business.
