Seems like it’s always national “this” day or national “that” day. But some of these made-up holidays are right up our alley! April 12 is National Grilled Cheese Day, deserving a picture of Ridgway’s grilled cheese sandwich to tempt your taste buds. We make our ciabatta bread from scratch at Tony’s Off Third, and the cheese is Reading Spring Brook Farm Cheese, an artisanal cheese straight from Vermont, where they know a thing or two about cheese. The combination is undeniably scrumptious – a classic, but way better. Enjoy it with a cup of any of our soups for lunch.
