Is the chef in the house at Ridgway Bar & Grill? The answer is generally yes. I truly believe that our guests like the fact that the owners are around and involved in the process of the day or evening. My partner Sukie Honeycutt and I enjoy taking a very hands-on approach. We love to host our guests in our restaurant. After all, we are in the hospitality business and have been for a long time – it’s what we do.
